R: Healthy food is one that lacks an ingredient, or not contain it in large quantities, it can generate a degenerative disease when consumption is repeated.

©       Fruits: apple, grape, pear, peach, strawberry, blackberry, pineapple, mango, coconut, lemon.


©       Vegetables: tomato, garlic, onion, cilantro, cabbage, lettuce, broccoli, carrot, parsley.


©       Grain: barley, brown rice, beans, beans, quinoa, lentils, corn, oats, wheat.


©       Meat: chicken, beef, pork, fish, duck, seafood, rabbit, goat, turkey, ham.


©        Drinks: soda, artificial fruit juices, hot chocolate, energy drinks, punch.


©       Sweet: cakes, donuts, candy, gummies, gladiolas.

©       Oil: vegetable oil, olive oil, virgin olive oil, seed oils, marine animal oils, vegetable fats terrestrial animals, processed fats, coconut oil, hydrogenated oil.
        ©   Fresh food: tuna with rice, vegetable chip, chicken and mustard, ham and cheese balls, fish kebabs, chicken broth, band rice, lamb, strawberry milkshake and apple.
